How to order – You may place your order three different ways:
1. By using medalist.com
2. By phone – please call 1-800-543-8952 Monday through Friday, 8am through 5pm EST
3. By fax – please fax order to 610-373-5400
Payment methods – Medalist® accepts most major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard. Orders will be processed within three business days. Partial orders are billed as each item is shipped. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). All orders are processed with in three working days from the receipt of your order.
Medalist® reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested information by e-mail or fax.
Stock status – We work hard to be sure all of our styles are available in your first choice of size and color. However, due to changing demand, there may be times when we are out of inventory for a particular style, color, or size. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you would like help in selecting a similar item, please feel free to contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-543-8952 (Monday through Friday, 8am through 5pm EST) and we will be happy to help.

Order Tracking – We offer online package tracking once orders have shipped from our warehouse. Order tracking is not available on items that shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
