Paul G. Oxholm

Mr. Oxholm has been an active member of the Medalist Board for more than three years and has assumed the responsibilities of President for Medalist.  Paul is also the President and CEO of Unique Technologies, a privately held specialty medical device manufacturer, and has over twenty years of experience in finance, business development, and executive management positions within the healthcare and financial services industries. Mr. Oxholm has served as President of Sharpoint Partners, a management consulting practice, CEO of Carewide, Inc. a web-based practice management software company and as Sr. Vice President with Wachovia Bank.

David Vogrin

David is a senior business executive with 16+ years of experience in a variety of markets, including the sporting goods industry.  His background is in global marketing, brand management, strategic product planning, and finance. Throughout his career, he has been affiliated with several major brand manufacturers in the consumer products arena including TaylorMade-adidas Golf Company, Dunlop Slazenger Group, and McNeil (Tylenol) Consumer Products Company.

Len Nelson

Len is senior sales executive with 18 years of progressive experience in sales management.   Prior to joining Medalist, Len worked in several  leading organizations in a variety of categories including the Coleman Company & Stearns, Nabisco and Schering Plough where he developed  a strong understanding of how to partner with key accounts, lead sales teams and develop winning strategies to drive growth for his customers. 

Craig Spadt
Vice President of Operations

Craig has over 35 years of active experience in the areas of: technical fabric and apparel development, sourcing, manufacturing, quality assurance, and distribution. He has served as Director of Product Development for Dyersburg Fabrics and as Product Development Manager for Stevcoknit Fabrics (a subsidiary of Delta Woodside).

Thomas Byrne

Thomas has over 18 years of financial management experience in the manufacturing industry. He has held the position of Corporate Controller for Hamburg Industries, Inc. (a cleaning supply manufacturer), Safeguard Technologies, Inc. (a manufacturer of ergonomic products), and was the Operations Manager for National Mine Service, Inc. (a national distributor of mining supplies). Thomas earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Robert Morris University, a Masters of Business Administration degree from Indiana University of PA, and is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.

Melanie has over 14 years of experience in the apparel industry. She held the position of Children’s Apparel Buyer for VF Outlet (a division of VF Corporation), and as Account Manager and Quality Assurance Manager for Spring Ford Industries, Inc. (a large international apparel manufacturer) Melanie earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Philadelphia University (formerly Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science).

Beth has over 22 years of customer service and sales experience. She held the position of Branch Manager for Manpower, Inc. and as Sales Representative for Kraft Foods, Inc. Beth earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University.

David has over 20 years of experience in global distribution management. He held a variety of positions at Baldwin Hardware Corporation (a subsidiary of Black and Decker). David earned an Associate in Applied Science degree from Reading Area Community College.
