WE GUARANTEE the workmanship, performance, and quality of everything we make. If you are not satisfied with the quality or workmanship of our products at the time of receipt, or if our products do not perform to your satisfaction, you can return it to the store where purchased or to MEDALIST® if purchased though our website.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
MEDALIST® accepts returns purchased on Medalist.com. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of manufacturing defects. If you purchased a MEDALIST® product at one of our retail partners, please return the item to that retailer. If you need to return an item that was purchased on Medalist.com, please contact MEDALIST® Customer Service at 1-800-543-8952 8am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday, for a Return Authorization Number. Please advise the Customer Service Representative if you would like an exchange or refund. They can guide you through the return process. Returns received without a Return Authorization Number and original receipt/manifest will not be processed.
If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the card for the returned item(s) upon receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. The credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped.
