Q. What are your customer service hours?

between the hours of 8am through 5pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Q. How can I order Medalist products?
A. You may place your order three different ways:
1. By using medalist.com
2. By phone – please call 1-800-543-8952 Monday through Friday, 8am through 5pm EST
3. By fax – please fax order to 610-373-5400
4. By contacting one of our retail partners directly
Q. What sort of payment methods do you accept?
A. Medalist® accepts most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Orders will be processed within three business days. Partial orders are billed as each item is shipped. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution).
Medalist® reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested information by e-mail or fax.
Q. What is the status of your stock?
A. We work hard to be sure all of our styles are available in your first choice of size and color. However, due to changing demand, there may be times when we are out of inventory for a particular style, color, or size. We apologize for this inconvenience.
